Freedom And Your Fuel Economy

A hot topic today is freedom
Some insane politicians would try to have us believe that there are evil people in the world who hate us for our freedom and that this is why we were attacked on 911.
Some in high places are working hard to take away our rights such as when Bush invalidated our right to habeas corpus.
Soldiers go off to fight overseas supposedly in the name of freedom. But that is inherently illogical. no country can enforce freedom at the barrel of a gun.
Some are trying to restore our freedom and have started a revolution in support of a presidential candidate, Dr Ron Paul, that has created a passion for freedom for the first time in 200 years in America.
So, what is freedom? And why all the commotion about freedom?
Well freedom is all about choice.
When someone is inhibited from acting as their own will chooses then they are not free. When one feels subjected to the dictates of the State if they want to conduct themselves a certain way then they are to that degree not free.
If one wants to follow a particular faith and people ridicule that individual for their religious beliefs that man or woman feels their freedom is being suppressed.
If it is true, as most religious individuals believe, at the core of all of us is a spark of the divine, then it is no wonder
why freedom is so important to people. Because if we are forced not to think, act and believe as our innermost self desires, then we have been degraded as people and have been forced to betray that divine spirit.
Freedom to be and to decide and to make our own mistakes and to learn from them is very native to our inner most selves.
What is the relationship of freedom to high fossil fuel prices?
One factor which inhibits freedom is dependence. If a perosn is not independent but relies too much on others then they are to that degree enslaved.
And that is characteristic of our fuel economy.
Some of the world's most criminal people are at the helm of these fossil fuel corporations and also the car maker corporations.
And to be forced to drive their cars as they manufacture them and to use their fossil fuel make us dependent as individuals with some criminal people.
