Amazing - Who Truthfully Controls The Price Of Automotive Oil??

I had a buddy of mine who owns a mortgage company in the Wilshire district in Los Angeles tell me interesting fact about the mortgage industry.
He said that if even a small percentage such as 5-10% of the home owners in this country stopped cooperating with the criminal system that they are the total financial effect of then the bankers and companies like Countrywide (now owned by a bank) and such would not be able to keep their show on the road and would have to come to the table and meet with the people and work out new solutions.
Unfortunately, this revolution has not been organized and it would be real difficult to locate enough citizens who would participate because they would be afraid of losing their properties and concerned that their fellow home owners would not cooperate with the movement, even if some asserted that they were doing so.
Same situation with gasoline prices! And here is something that we could actually do because the potential for "blowback" against such action would not be as tangible as a house nor as directly and easily traceable.
So what am I suggesting? That we all stop
using our cars? Well that would be one option.
We could stop driving as much as we do, that's easy. And we would lose our chubbiness and save dollars and help the environment if we did so.
We could boycott a particular gas company once/week. ok, this Monday noone use Exxon, next Friday, noone patronizes Texaco, etc. That would get some attention.
Or we can get our gas powered vehicle engines converted to hydrogen. And THIS is the most plausible approach of all! We could decrease gas consumption within our movement by half!
This is postulated on the fact that many people who have done such a conversion from gas to gas/water hybrid or to a full hydrogen system based on water have had an average of about 1/3rd better gas performance on the hybrid and, of course, 100% better on the full conversion.
Think we can locate and get on board 5-10% of the market and reduce fuel usage by 3-5% or so nationwide? I do! Think that would make a difference? Damn right it would!
